NEW for 2017, fans can redeem a chair ticket to bring their own folding armchair into the River City Rockfest festival grounds, free of charge, while supplies last. All chair passes must be accompanied by and redeemed during the purchase of a valid River City Rockfest event ticket. Chair Passes can be redeemed as an up-sell option when making your event ticket purchase, and can not be redeemed after-the-fact. Fans may redeem one chair pass per purchase of any ticket option , however chairs will NOT be permitted in the Premium viewing areas or Premium Clubhouse. Chairs should be restricted to 40” in height and may NOT be accompanied by an umbrella. Update: Chair tickets are now SOLD OUT, and chairs will not be permitted into the festival without a chair pass and valid event ticket.
  • Due to safety concerns and a growing festival capacity, fans MUST have a valid Chair Pass accompanied by a valid Bud Light River City Rockfest event ticket to bring their own folding armchair into the festival grounds.
  • A limited number of Chair Passes were available as an add-on option, free of charge, during the Bud Light River City Rockfest ticket purchase process, but Chair Passes for this year’s festival are now sold out.
  • Once on-site, chairs will ONLY be permitted in the designated Chair Zones near Main Stage A and Main Stage B (see Chair Zone map below), and space within the Chair Zones are first come, first serve.
  • Due to limited space, chairs may NOT be left unattended inside the Chair Areas.
  • If your chair does not fit inside one of the designated Chair Zones or you wish to relocate, you may check-in your chair at one of the Chair Check-In booths or at Guest Services and retrieve it at a later time.
  • Chairs are not permitted in the Premium Viewing areas or inside the Premium Clubhouse.
  • Chairs should be restricted to 40” in height and may NOT be accompanied by an umbrella; Approval for all chairs is at management’s discretion.

  • River City Rockfest is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Inclement weather may cause delays and/or cancellations.
  • All River City Rockfest tickets include General Admission entry. Valid River City Rockfest wristbands and credentials are required for access to specified Premium Areas
  • The Bud Light River City Rockfest has a no re-entry policy. Guests may not exit and re-enter using the same ticket.
  • River City Rockfest is an all-ages event. Children 24 months + will need a valid festival ticket to enter the grounds. Attendees must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
  • No refunds or exchanges, no scalping or resell of ticket, and no unauthorized sales of any kind are allowed. If you purchase a General Admission ticket online, please make sure it is from a trusted source.
  • Tickets to be picked up at Will-Call require a matching photo ID.
  • AT&T Center Box office hours are Monday through Friday 12:00pm to 5:30pm CST and 5 hours prior to events on weekends. The Box Office will open at 10 AM day of show.
